A Toast to Nature’s Elegance

This spring, Champagne Lallier unveiled its latest creation, Réflexion R.020 — a Brut cuvée born from the near-perfect harvest of 2020. For the very first time, Chardonnay takes the lead over Pinot Noir, offering a luminous, refined expression of the Maison’s artistry under cellar master Dominique Demarville.

To celebrate this milestone, Lallier invited Belgian talents who share its devotion to nature and craftsmanship. Among them, Creative Director Nele Ost of the House of Daniel Ost, who composed a luxurious bouquet — a floral homage to the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir that define R.020.

Rich, abundant, and inspired by the rhythm of the seasons, the bouquet mirrors the cuvée itself: a dialogue between tradition and innovation, terroir and artistry. Together, wine and flowers become a shared celebration — a toast to elegance, creativity, and the beauty of fleeting moments.
