The Swan’s Embrace

Once a forgotten corner in the heart of Sint-Niklaas, the Casinopark has been reborn into a sanctuary of peace and beauty. Under our guidance, the historic grounds were given new life: diseased trees made way for flourishing new plantings, the pond was reshaped into a living mirror, and the earth enriched with thousands of bulbs that now herald the seasons in color.

At its heart winds a sculptural swan bench — a gesture of grace and continuity, echoing the wrought-iron heritage of the park’s kiosk and bridge. Both functional and poetic, it invites visitors to pause, to linger, to belong.

Today, Casinopark stands not only as a green oasis in the city’s center, but as a living tribute to history renewed — where nature, design, and memory intertwine in harmony once more.
