A Passage in Bloom

Created for the public realm in Knokke, this monumental installation transformed an everyday street into an unexpected passage through nature.

An architectural framework spanned the road, carrying a layered composition of geometric planters, climbing greenery and vivid flowering vines. Deep burgundy volumes and slender structural lines contrasted with the softness and movement of the plants, while blossoms cascaded overhead and gradually evolved throughout the season.

Suspended between the surrounding buildings, the installation invited residents and visitors to pass beneath a living artwork—bringing colour, vitality and botanical wonder into the rhythm of the city.
