Developed exclusively as a concept for a client, this imagined fashion show transforms the runway into a passage suspended between earth and air.
A monumental canopy of hand-woven dark willow flows above the entire catwalk, its sweeping contours creating an organic architecture in constant visual movement. Ivory Phalaenopsis orchids emerge sparingly from the structure, accompanied by exposed roots and delicate metallic threads that appear to descend towards the reflective black runway.
As the models move beneath it, the installation reveals a continually changing relationship between silhouette, shadow and botanical form. The mirror-like surface doubles the composition, seemingly dissolving the boundary between what grows above and what moves below.
Rather than decorating the runway, the botanical artwork defines its rhythm—framing each look while preserving the integrity of the collection. Restrained in colour yet monumental in scale, the concept brings fashion and nature together through structure, tension and movement.
