Born of the Earth

Created for the launch of Ex Terra, this intimate dining table was conceived as a tactile landscape shaped by the raw beauty of the earth.

Fragments of natural stone formed an irregular foundation for sculptural anthuriums, pincushion proteas, delicate foliage, berries and ornamental fruits. Burnished reds, ochres and mineral greens echoed the collection’s warm, elemental palette, while deep burgundy candles brought rhythm and intimacy to the composition. Organic yet precisely constructed, the tablescape established a dialogue between nature, material and contemporary design.
