Florist & Boutique Manager
What do you do?
You lead the Corinthia Brussels boutique while acting as Head Florist for a leading luxury hotel.
You combine hands-on floral artistry with daily operational management, ensuring that every arrangement, installation, and client interaction reflects the standards, discipline, and artistic language of the House.
You are present on the floor, in the atelier, and on site—guiding the team, shaping floral moments, and ensuring seamless execution in both retail and hospitality environments.

Manage the daily operations of the Corinthia boutique
Act as Head Florist for the luxury hotel account, overseeing all floral installations and maintenance
Design, produce, and maintain high-end floral arrangements for retail, hotel, and bespoke clients
Plan and manage flower orders, stock levels, quality control, and wastage
Ensure consistency with the House’s creative direction, standards, and seasonal language
Coordinate with hotel teams and internal stakeholders
Maintain exceptional presentation, service, and execution, even during peak periods
Ensure correct handling of materials, tools, and installations on site

Proven experience as a professional florist, preferably in a luxury or hospitality setting
Strong floral design skills combined with operational and organisational strength
Experience managing or supervising a retail or atelier team
Comfort working with demanding clients and high expectations
Calm, precise, and solution-oriented under pressure
Strong sense of detail, discretion, and professionalism
Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch are a strong asset

Base: Brussels – Corinthia Grand Hotel Astoria
Hours: Retail schedule, 5 days a week, including weekend work
Contract: Full-time; right-to-work in Belgium required
Physical:
Lifting and carrying, standing for extended periods, occasional cold-room work; safe work at height.Standards:
