The company operates independently from Mr. Daniel Ost, who holds no role, position, or liability within Daniel Ost Group NV. He is not an owner, shareholder, director, advisor, or consultant of the company.

Likewise, Daniel Ost Group NV is not responsible or liable for the actions, obligations, or debts of Mr. Daniel Ost.

3. Use of the Website

Visitors agree not to misuse the Website, including but not limited to:

  • Engaging in hacking, scraping, or unlawful data collection.

  • Reproducing, distributing, or reselling content (images, texts, designs) without prior written consent.

  • Infringing on intellectual property rights belonging to Daniel Ost Group NV.

5. Webshop Orders

5.1 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. Flowers are seasonal and may vary in color, shape, and size from images shown.

5.2 Pricing

  • Prices are shown in EUR (€), inclusive of VAT where applicable.

  • We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.

  • In case of errors (e.g., typographical or system errors), we may cancel orders and refund payments.

5.3 Payment Methods

We accept all major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Bancontact, Stripe, and PayPal.

5.4 Deliveries

  • Deliveries are available primarily within Belgium. International deliveries may be arranged on request and subject to specific pricing.

  • While we strive to offer same-day or next-day delivery, delivery times are never guaranteed. Clients should contact us directly to confirm urgent deliveries.

  • Deliveries are carried out by both our own drivers and external couriers.

5.5 Returns & Refunds

  • Flowers (perishable goods): no returns or refunds are possible.

  • Decor objects (vases, candles, books, etc.): consumers in the EU have the right to return unused items within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU law. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

5.6 Customer Support

  • Issues regarding flower deliveries must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Issues regarding décor objects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

6. Events and Services

Bespoke services (including weddings, events, floral installations, and landscape projects) are subject to separate contracts and agreements. These Terms do not apply to those services.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Daniel Ost Group NV is not liable for indirect damages, consequential losses, or damages arising from force majeure events (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, supply chain disruptions).

  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, variations in availability, color, and form are normal and do not constitute grounds for refunds.

  • While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that Website content is free from errors or interruptions.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the Court of Bruges, Belgium.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
