As Retail Manager (Florist), you are the face of our boutiques: a refined florist and accountable leader. You set the tone on the floor, elevate client care, and run a beautiful, efficient shop. Where artistry, discipline, and service meet every day.

Floor leadership & client experience
Lead by example on the floor: craft refined arrangements, guide client choices, manage VIP clienteling, and resolve issues with grace. Brief the team daily; uphold grooming and presentation standards.Visual merchandising & brand presentation
Curate windows, displays, and the shop narrative with seasonal rhythm and precision. Maintain standards across packaging, signage, cleanliness, and back-of-house order.Operations, inventory & quality
Oversee ordering and receiving, rotation and freshness, stock counts, pricing, and shrink control. Manage cold-room standards and flower care to protect quality and margin.Order fulfilment & omnichannel
Own web/phone/corporate orders end-to-end: product selection, gift notes, luxury packaging, delivery scheduling, and final QC. Coordinate couriers/drivers and follow up proactively.Team & training
Schedule and supervise florists; coach juniors on technique, pace, and finish. Enforce SOPs (HSE, hygiene, opening/closing, cash/POS) and run efficient, calm shifts.Relationships & reporting
Nurture key clients and partners; spot opportunities for subscriptions and events. Deliver weekly sales and stock reports; track KPIs and propose improvements.

Floristry mastery — confident hands-on florist (hand-tied, vase work, conditioning, fast and immaculate finish).
Luxury retail leadership — 4–6+ years in premium/luxury; sets standards, manages rosters, and leads calmly.
Clienteling & communication — polished service etiquette, clear written/verbal updates, discretion.
Visual judgement — strong color, proportion, and composition; seasonal storytelling and VM fluency.
Operational discipline — POS & inventory systems (Odoo), stock control, cash handling, basic Excel/Sheets.
Languages — English required; Arabic is a plus.

Base: Riyadh boutique(s); occasional support across other locations or pop-ups.
Hours: retail schedule with evenings/weekends; extended hours in peak seasons.
Contract: full-time; right-to-work in KSA required (transferable Iqama preferred).
Physical: standing for long periods; lifting/moving boxes/buckets; cold-room work as needed.
Standards: uniform & grooming, HSE/SOP compliance, confidentiality.
Progression: pathways toward Multi-Site/Boutique Operations Manager or Retail Director based on performance.
