Sales & Marketing Manager – Riyadh
What do you do?
Daniel Ost Riyadh is seeking a highly driven Sales & Marketing Manager to accelerate the growth of our luxury floral, events, and creative services business in Saudi Arabia.
This role is commercial at heart: your primary mission is to generate revenue through active business development, while shaping and executing the marketing efforts that support brand visibility, desirability, and conversion. You will work at the intersection of luxury hospitality, high-end events, UHNW clients, and artistic creation, directly contributing to the expansion of the House in the region.
This is a standalone role with strong growth potential, designed for someone ambitious, entrepreneurial, and deeply aligned with luxury standards.

Sales & Business Development (Primary Focus)
Actively identify, approach, and convert new clients within:
Luxury hotels & hospitality groups
Corporate & institutional clients
UHNW private clients
High-end events & weddings
Build and maintain a strong local network of decision-makers, intermediaries, and partners.
Prepare and follow up on commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations in close coordination with the creative and operations teams.
Track leads, opportunities, and conversions, ensuring disciplined follow-up and revenue growth.
Marketing & Brand Development
Drive both online and offline marketing initiatives to support sales objectives.
Coordinate brand visibility through partnerships, collaborations, PR initiatives, and targeted activations.
Oversee social media, digital presence, and content initiatives (execution or coordination depending on skillset).
Ensure all communication and outreach aligns with Daniel Ost’s luxury positioning and artistic DNA.
Identify and propose new opportunities to strengthen brand presence in the Saudi market.
Strategic Contribution
Act as a key commercial voice in shaping growth strategy for Riyadh.
Contribute to long-term planning, including the potential build-out of a sales/marketing team as the business scales.
Serve as a bridge between clients, creative direction, and operational execution.

Background or strong affinity with one or more of the following:
Luxury hospitality
High-end events & weddings
Art, design, or lifestyle brands
Passion, drive, and enthusiasm are valued more than years of experience.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and UHNW clients.
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
Understanding of the Saudi market is a major asset.
Languages:
English: required
Arabic: a very strong advantage

Working schedule: 5 days per week, hybrid (combination of home, office, and on-the-road meetings)
