A Venetian Night of Grandeur
When François Pinault unveiled the Palazzo Grassi on the Grand Canal in Venice, the world’s elite gathered to celebrate. Royalty, celebrities, collectors, and visionaries. For this extraordinary occasion, we were entrusted with shaping the atmosphere both inside and out.
On the piazza, we sculpted a land art masterpiece: monumental laurel trees, perfectly formed into architectural spheres, rising from the courtyard like living sculptures. Inside, under the ancient arches of the Palazzo, guests dined in a surreal forest of illuminated forms. Towering floral cones suspended above the tables, glowing softly to echo the rhythm of Venetian light and water.
This was floral artistry at its most refined: site-specific, architectural, and in harmony with one of the most iconic cities in the world. Our work stood not as decoration, but as part of the cultural dialogue of Venice. Merging art, nature, and celebration into one unforgettable setting.
At Daniel Ost, we craft atmospheres where flowers become architecture, emotion, and memory. In Venice, that vision met its stage amidst the canals, history, and grandeur of Palazzo Grassi.
