Roses in Bloom at Coloma Castle

At the heart of Coloma Park in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw, Europe’s most complete rose garden unfolds: more than 3,000 varieties from 26 countries, a living museum of fragrance, form, and color. Each June, the Rosarium reaches its peak during the Coloma Rose Days, attracting visitors from across the world.

For this special edition, the historic Coloma Castle was transformed into a stage for two extraordinary Belgian icons. Daniel Ost, the world-renowned flower house celebrated for their sculptural floral installations, and Kaat Tilley, the visionary fashion designer, created an enchanting exhibition under the name Roses @ Coloma.

Together, they wove a dialogue between flowers and fashion, between nature and imagination. Our monumental floral sculptures — roses arranged with architectural precision, branches and textures sculpted into living art — found harmony with Tilley’s ethereal gowns, delicate fabrics, and dreamlike silhouettes.

The result was a fairy-tale atmosphere where artistry met heritage. Guests wandered through blooming rose gardens before stepping inside the castle to discover a world where flowers became couture and couture became poetry. A union of two art forms, inspired by the timeless beauty of the rose.
